GMO Skunk is a unique collaboration between G.O.A.T Genetics, Purple Caper Seeds, and Skunk Magazine, bringing together one of Purple Caper's standout skunk selections from the legendary Massive High Times Skunk Hunt and Purple Capers Selection of GMO Runtz Cake Autoflower.

The mother plant is Alpha Skunk #45, a special selection made by Frank of Purple Caper Seeds during years of skunk preservation work. Chosen for its loud skunk profile, exceptional vigor, and striking coloration, Alpha Skunk #45 represents the type of authentic skunk genetics that have become increasingly difficult to find in today's market.

To create GMO Skunk, the Alpha Skunk #45 clone was crossed with GMO Runtz Cake Autoflower, producing a Fast Photoperiod hybrid designed to preserve classic skunk characteristics while improving outdoor performance and finishing times.

What Is A Fast Photoperiod?

Fast photoperiods are created by crossing a traditional photoperiod plant with an autoflower. The resulting offspring still require a change in light cycle to initiate flowering, but they typically finish significantly earlier than standard photoperiod varieties.
This process represents the first step toward developing a completely new autoflower line while also creating a valuable cultivar for growers in shorter-season climates.
