What is the minimum wholesale order?

We require a minimum purchase of $500.

Are wholesale orders eligible for discounts or freebies?

Wholesale orders are not eligible for any additional discounts or coupon codes. Licensed cultivators are eligible for up to 10 bulk freebies with their orders. Online resellers and brick-and-mortar resellers are not eligible for bulk freebies. All wholesale customers are eligible for most breeder freebies — see the Promos page for current breeder freebie promotions.

What payment methods do you accept for wholesale orders?

We accept money orders, certified bank checks, cash, Bitcoin, Dogecoin, ETH, and wire transfers. We also accept credit/debit for orders under $5,000 but charge a 2.5% processing fee. We do not accept personal checks. In the "Customer Notes" section, please tell us what payment method you choose. If you choose to pay via wire transfer, we will email you the necessary information. We do not offer online application-based payment options such as Venmo, PayPal, or Cashapp due to the industry.

When will my wholesale order ship?

We do our absolute best to ship orders within 1–2 business days after we receive payment, and sometimes even the same day. We ship orders Monday–Friday and bring packages to the post office each day before 3 PM. The packages are scanned in at the local USPS post office, and from there, any updates come from USPS scans and tracking information directly. The shipping time listed at checkout is estimated by USPS and updated once USPS has the package. As with any shipping service, the estimated times are not guaranteed and are subject to delay — we simply do not have control over the package once it is in the hands of USPS. We are happy to assist in any way we can, but please understand that we have the same information you receive from USPS. How will I receive my wholesale tracking number?

When your order ships you will receive an email from "Stamps.com" with your tracking number via USPS.

What are the shipping options and costs for wholesale?

Priority Mail — USPS estimated timeline 3–5 business days, subject to internal USPS delay. Price varies based on the size of your order and what size priority mail box(es) we need to ship it in:

  • Orders $1,000–$3,000: $25 (medium flat-rate box)
  • Orders $3,001–$5,000: $32 (large flat-rate box)
  • Orders over $5,000: typically require two or more boxes and will be charged accordingly

Is wholesale shipping discreet?

Yes. We ship via USPS from Maine using a PO Box with a personal name rather than a business name. The packaging is blank, with no indication of the business name or logo.

What is the wholesale delivery insurance policy?

We offer optional Delivery Insurance that varies based on the size of the order, mirroring USPS delivery insurance. We highly recommend that all wholesale customers purchase Delivery Insurance with every order. If USPS loses your package and you did not purchase Delivery Insurance, we cannot replace it.

  • Order $1,000.00–$2,499.99 — Delivery Insurance: $20
  • Order $2,500.00–$4,999.99 — Delivery Insurance: $50
  • Order $5,000.00–$7,499.99 — Delivery Insurance: $100
  • Order $7,500.00+ — Delivery Insurance: $150

Shipping times from USPS are estimates only. Priority Mail can vary depending on the time of year and other circumstances. USPS often posts delays on their website, and we will always try to be as transparent as possible when we see them.

Please give at least 14 business days for your package to arrive before reaching out. After 14 days, contact us at [email protected].

If USPS tracking indicates the package was delivered, we have to assume it was. We will not replace packages that say they were delivered unless USPS confirms otherwise. If this happens to you, USPS can help — contact your local USPS office and they will geolocate the package and provide documentation stating that it was misplaced, lost, or delivered to the wrong address. This paperwork is a requirement to obtain replacement seeds on a package that says "Delivered" in USPS tracking.

What is your privacy policy?

We use your information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, in particular for the following reasons:

  • Internal record keeping
  • To improve our products and services
  • To periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers, or other information you may find interesting
  • From time to time we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes by email, phone, or mail
  • To customize the website according to your interests
  • We may provide your information to our third-party partners for marketing or promotional purposes
  • We will never sell your information

What is the wholesale cancellation policy?

Money orders and certified bank orders are cancelled after one week if no tracking information is sent to us. If you choose to pay via credit/debit invoice and do not pay your invoice within one week, your order will be cancelled. If you choose to pay via wire transfer or Bitcoin and fail to make payment within one week, your order will be cancelled.

Are the seeds you sell legal?

Seeds themselves are considered hemp products and are therefore legal to purchase and ship as hemp souvenirs. Our terms and conditions are explicit that North Atlantic Seed Co. is in no way liable for what a purchaser chooses to do when the hemp souvenir is received. Please follow your state and local laws and do not germinate any seed if it is not legal to do so in your state.
